Denarius Golden Coin Charm
Sarah's Note
Cast from an original Roman Denarius coin dated to 91BC, this necklace depicts the bust of the Roman god Apollo on one side and the Roman goddess Minerva leading a chariot of horses on the reverse. Wearers of the coin can choose to display the Apollo side - representative of light, music, healing and protection or the Minerva side - representative of wisdom, art, and defense of just causes - whichever ideals they wish to hold close to their heart.
In an effort to connect beautiful jewelry with good work, $100 from each necklace sold will be donated to a rotating organization that furthers the ideals represented by Apollo and Minerva. Find out more about about School Justice Project (the organization we’re benefiting) and our Beauty Matters initiative HERE.
